WHEN THIS BEARING STARTS TO FAIL YOU GET JERKY STARTS, INABILITY TO SHIFT OUT OF NEUTRAL INTO GEAR WITHOUT GRINDING, OR CONTINUES TO PULL FORWARD IN GEAR WITHOUT YOUR FOOT ON THROTTLE.
